Henan Simeite Food Co., Ltd. is located in Xihuafeng Village, a beautiful and leisurely village in China. It is a large-scale food processing enterprise specializing in the production of convenience foods in China. It is a key national leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization and a national demonstration processing enterprise for safe grain and oil.
The company was founded in 1995, with fixed assets of 450 million yuan and over 2,500 employees. There are currently five major convenience food production bases in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, Baoji, Shaanxi Province, Chenzhou, Hunan Province, Zhoukou, Henan Province and Changchun, Jilin Province. Its products cover instant noodles, instant rice, instant vermicelli, flour, baked snacks, beverages, etc.

MARKET LAYOUT
The company currently has two major product series, "Siyuan" and "Simeite". It has established over a thousand distributors and nearly 300,000 sales outlets across the country. Its products are sold in more than 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, and are also exported to countries such as Russia, Thailand and North Korea.

2023
In February, a production line with a daily output of 240,000 preserved eggs was completed and put into operation.
2021
In February, the 12-ton-per-day cake production line of Zhoukou Branch was completed and put into operation.
2020
The rice production line was completed and put into operation in October.
2019
In February, a production line for coated vermicelli with a daily output of 8 tons was completed and put into operation.
2018
The production line for high-speed fried scattered round noodles with a capacity of 360,000 packs in May was completed and put into operation.
2017
The vermicelli production line was completed and put into operation in May.
2016
Henan Simeite Beverage Co., Ltd. was established in March.
2013
In December, the ''Simeite'' trademark was awarded the title of ''China's Well-known Trademark'' by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
2012
In June, the PLC informatization transformation of the flour mill was completed and put into use.
2011
In June, it was awarded the titles of ''National Safe Grain and Oil Demonstration Processing Enterprise'' by the China Safe Grain Industry Association and ''Henan Province Safe Grain and Oil Demonstration Processing Enterprise'' by the Provincial Grain association.
2009
In April, Henan Simeite Food Co., Ltd. moved to a new office building.
2008
In August, after being tested and reviewed by the National Quality Inspection Center and the China National Food Industry Association, it was recognized as a ''Food that meets all National quality, hygiene and Safety Standards''.
2006
In September, the second noodle Factory of Jiaozuo Branch of Henan Simeite Food Co., Ltd. was put into operation.
2005
Changchun Simeite Food Co., Ltd. was established in August.
2004
In January, ''Simate'' instant noodles were awarded the title of ''Product Exempt from Inspection of Henan Province'', and the Simate trademark was recognized as a ''Famous Trademark of Henan Province''.
2003
In June, the new workshop of the flour mill with a daily output of 500 tons of flour was completed and put into operation, enabling our company's daily wheat processing capacity to reach 1,000 tons.
2002
In July, Henan Simeite Food Co., LTD. Baoji Branch was established.
2001
In July, our company was awarded the title of ''Top Ten Enterprises in the Instant Noodle Products Industry of Henan Province'' by the provincial government.
2000
In November, our company was awarded the honorary title of ''Well-known Commodity Enterprise'' by the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce.
1999
Henan Simeite Daily Chemical Co., Ltd. was established.
1998
In February, the carton factory of Simeite Company was completed and put into operation to support the production of instant noodles.
1995
In August, ''Jiaozuo Branch of Beijing Convenience Food Factory'' was renamed ''Henan Simeite Food Co., LTD.''
1994
In August, the seasoning workshop was completed and put into operation to support the production of instant noodles.
1993
In June, the first shift of the instant noodle production line with an output of 50,000 packs was completed and put into operation. The flour mill was renamed ''Jiaozuo Branch of Beijing Instant Food Factory''.
